Aşa-numitul „nod al lui Isis” (tyet) numit și „sângele lui Isis” sau „brâul lui Isis” are aspectul unui ankh cu brațele coborâte de-a lungul corpului principal al amuletei. Este considerată una dintre cele mai puternice amulete protectoare care se găsește adesea plasată pe corpurile mumificate. În reprezentări poate fi asociată cu simbolul lui Osiris (djed) asemănător unui stâlp sau coloana vertebrală.

The inventory number 1123/2794 from the register of 1958 refers to a small figurine from Orșova (Roman Dierna) of red jasper. The artifact, measuring 1 x 3 cm, is an Egyptian amulet that represents “the knot of Isis”, also named “the girdle of Isis” (tjt, tyet, tiet, thet), very similar in shape to an ankh – a loop in the upper part with a protrusion in the area in which it narrows; from that area begins the body of the amulet represented by two loops elongated towards the base. Usually, this type of amulet was made of some kind of a red material, representing the blood of the goddess Isis, and, the same as the ankh, symbolizes the life force and creative powers of the goddess Isis. Such amulets can be found in blue, green, or gold, sometimes associated with a symbol of the Egyptian god Osiris.
